Accessibility statement

Therapeia Zoi is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review the site as we build it, test with keyboard and screen reader, and fix issues as we find them. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than something finished once, and parts of the site supplied by third parties — payment, reviews, chat — are not always fully under our control.

If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we will fix it. Email help@therapeiazoi.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and include the page and what happened. We reply within 30 days, help you finish whatever you were trying to do, and correct the issue.

If you'd rather order with a person, email us and we'll take the order directly.

Your privacy choices

We share limited personal information — such as device and advertising identifiers, and the pages you view on this site — with advertising and analytics partners, so we can show relevant ads and understand what's working. Under California law and similar laws in other states, that may count as a "sale" or as "sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising", and you have the right to opt out.

How to opt out

• Use the cookie controls below and switch off Marketing. That stops advertising cookies on this browser.
• Or email help@therapeiazoi.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Tell us the email address you ordered with so we can find your record.
• We honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser, treated as an opt-out for that browser.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live, you can also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the same email address. We verify your identity before we act, usually by confirming details of a recent order, and we respond within the time the law allows. You can use an authorised agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority.

Opting out or making a request never changes the price you pay or the products available to you. Full detail of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.

Cookie preferences

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use three kinds:

• Strictly necessary — the cart, checkout, security and language. The site doesn't work without them, so they can't be switched off.
• Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they read, where they drop off. Used in aggregate to improve the site.
• Marketing — set by advertising partners so we can show ads and measure whether they worked. These are the ones covered by the opt-out above.

Subscription terms

When you choose a subscription at checkout, you're agreeing to a recurring order. Here is exactly what that means.

What you're signing up for

• Your first order ships right away. After that it repeats at the interval you chose at checkout, until you cancel.
• The card you used is charged automatically each time, at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• We email you before each renewal, so nothing arrives unannounced.
• If a price changes, we tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel first.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

• Manage everything in your account — change the date, skip an order, swap the product, pause, or cancel.
• Cancelling is free, takes effect immediately, and never requires a phone call. If you'd rather we did it, email help@therapeiazoi.com and we'll cancel and confirm by email.
• Make changes before your next order enters fulfilment. After that, the change applies to the order after it.

Refunds and the guarantee

The 60-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of a product. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders; it doesn't automatically refund an order that has already shipped. Those are covered by the Refund Policy.
