One-Time Purchases — Shipping Charges Apply

Shipping rates for one-time purchases are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for your shipping address, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, including the rates, carriers, delivery timelines, and free shipping eligibility offered to subscribers. If we make material changes that affect existing subscription customers — such as introducing shipping charges on subscription orders — we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via email to the address on file before the change takes effect.

You will have the opportunity to review, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription before any new shipping terms apply to your next delivery. Your continued subscription past the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please keep your contact information current so you don’t miss any notifications.


Processing Time

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

        Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

        Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed on the next business day

        Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays


Optional: Order Protection

At Therapeia Zoi, your experience matters. Every order is packed with care, and we’re committed to ensuring it arrives safely at your destination.

Order Protection offers added peace of mind by covering eligible orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit, up until the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs within these conditions, we will provide a fast resolution in the form of a refund or replacement, as applicable.

What Order Protection Covers

Order Protection applies only to issues that occur before or up to the point of delivery and includes:

        Packages lost in transit

        Packages marked as delivered but not received

        Items damaged during shipping

When You Can Report an Issue

1. Package Marked Delivered (But Not Received)

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and provide a quick resolution.

2. Lost Package (Never Delivered)

If your order is delayed or marked as lost in transit, you may file a claim 10 business days after the ship date, or sooner if the carrier confirms it is lost. We will issue a refund or send a replacement.

3. Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required to help us process your claim efficiently.

Important Notes

Order Protection applies on a per-order basis and is intended for occasional, legitimate claims. Repeated or excessive claims may result in loss of eligibility for future refunds or replacements at our discretion.

Address Issues & Delivery Failures

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee adjustments once an order is placed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be responsible for reshipment charges.

Shipping rates are pulled live from USPS, UPS, and FedEx at checkout, based on your shipping address, package weight, and the delivery speed you choose. You’ll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

5. What is Order Protection, and should I add it?

Order Protection covers package loss, theft, or transit damage. If your order runs into any of these issues, we will offer you a refund or free re-delivery. Repeated use of the Order Protection fee may void your eligibility for future refunds or re-deliveries.

6. Can the shipping policy change?

Yes. We may modify shipping rates, carriers, delivery timelines, or free shipping eligibility at any time. If we make material changes that affect existing subscription customers, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via email before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to review, modify, or cancel your subscription beforehand.
